These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BEACON CTO ADVISORS LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of EllieMD Insights. By accessing or using the EllieMD Insights dashboard at elliemd-insights.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms in full. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
EllieMD Insights is a subscription-based analytics dashboard that allows EllieMD distributors to upload and visualize their downline data, track personal volume (PV), rank advancement, commission tier progress, and team activity.
Important: EllieMD Insights is an independent software product operated by BEACON CTO ADVISORS LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to EllieMD, Trinity Firestorm, or any related companies. All product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce core functionality without notifying subscribers.
To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $39 per month. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis on your billing date. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to your account until payment is resolved.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the period you have paid for.
We may cancel or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not prorate refunds for partial months. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days at [email protected] and we will review it.
You own your data. The CSV files you upload to EllieMD Insights ("Your Data") remain your property at all times. We process Your Data solely to provide the Service to you and do not sell, share, or use it for any other purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any data you provide to the Service, including downline data exported from third-party back-office systems such as Trinity Firestorm.
Upon account cancellation or termination, we will delete Your Data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect Your Data, including encrypted storage and transport. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by BEACON CTO ADVISORS LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal business purposes during your active subscription period.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data displayed is accurate. Dashboard data reflects the CSV file you upload — its accuracy depends on the data exported from your back-office system. We make no representations about rank advancement, commission calculations, or earnings potential.
EllieMD Insights is a data visualization tool. It is not financial, tax, or business advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BEACON CTO ADVISORS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, if we determine your use poses a risk to the Service or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
